RETIREMENT KITAS (Index 319)

 

 

Retirement KITAS is designed for foreigner who wants to retire in Indonesia. If your age already 55 years old, Congratulations, you are eligible to have this type of visa. The visa is valid for 1 year. The nature of this visa is that you will have initial 1 year to stay in Indonesia, calculated from the date of your admission to Indonesia. Then, if you wish to extend, the visa can be extended up to 4 times until a total stay 5 years without any obligation to leave the Indonesian territory. With retirement KITAS, you can stay and enjoy your pension in Indonesia.

Requirements:

  • Colour copy details page of your passport,

  • Copy of your Health Insurance,

  • Copy of your Life Insurance,

  • Copy Proof of pension or Bank statement,

  • Copy ID card of the house owner or manager,

  • Copy ID card of your room maid,

  • 5 x passport photos with red background.

 

Procedure and process:

  • Company Registration. First, you have to provide scanned copies of the company documents to register your company in the ministry of labor. If you made company with us, then no need to provide anything.

  • Getting e-Visa. We will prepare all the necessary documents and obtain an e-Visa type 319. The process takes about 10 -14 business days. After e-Visa is ready, we will send it by e-mail or WhatsApp

  • Visa registration. You need to bring your passport to any of our offices within 7 days after arriving in Bali (or after your visa is issued if you are already here) to register your visa in Immigration and obtain a re-entry permit (required). The process takes 2 weeks. You will need to show up at Immigration once for photos and fingerprints.

  • The last step: you will receive your passport back and ITAS online.
